Mark Chestnut
Senior Vice President of Corporate Sales and Business Development, Laplink Software
Mark is Senior VP of Corporate Sales and Business Development for Laplink Software, Inc. Prior to that, he spent 15 years working at Microsoft. Mark holds an MBA degree from Pacific Lutheran University, and also serves as a board member for Square One Ministries and Seattle University’s Albers School of Business and Economics (Dean’s Executive Advisory Board).

Rashelle Tanner
General Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources, CRISTA Ministries
Rashelle serves as the General Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources for CRISTA Ministries, a non-profit Christian employer with 1,800 employees nationally and overseas. She received her undergraduate degree from Howard University and her Juris Doctorate degree from Seattle University. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Loren Miller Bar Association and has been admitted as a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar.

Paul Schneider
Vice President and Trust Relationship Manager, US Bank
Paul is the Vice President and Trust Relationship Manager for U.S Bank Private Client Group. He is responsible for administration of trusts and agency accounts for individuals, non-profit endowment funds, charitable trusts, gift annuities and private foundations. Previous to his re-joining the private client group, he served in the same capacity at Bank of America Private Bank for 10 years. Paul is a CPA and has also earned his M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He maintains membership with the Washington Planned Giving Council and the Washington Society of CPA’s.

Women’s Ministry Director, Cedar Park Church
Colleen has dedicated the past 30 years to vocational ministry in church and para church organizations. She is currently President and Executive Director of TouchPoints Ministry, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting, training and coaching women in ministry leadership. She is also the Women’s Ministry Director at Cedar Park Church. Colleen and her husband, John have been married 46 years, have two daughters (and son-in-laws) and six grandchildren.

Ellen Rush
Community Volunteer
Ellen was formerly homeless. At 15 years old, Ellen became pregnant. After the baby was born, her father, a minister, threw Ellen out of the family home. Staying in school was difficult and she dropped out, putting her education on hold. She had no home, no family, no money and no path to a better life for herself and her son. Ellen found a home at a supportive, transitional housing program in Western Washington. She completed her high school diploma, became self-sufficient and is currently working full time and attending college with the dream of becoming a television reporter.

Gary Duim
Retired, Board member
Gary retired as Vice Chairman of U.S. Bancorp after 38 years in banking.
He has been active in community affairs and currently serves s on the
boards of World Vision and Medical Teams International.

Gary Kingsbury
Executive Director, Northshore Senior Center
Gary has 30 years of executive management experience in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. He served as Financial Director for various technology divisions of TRW Inc. Gary was also the founding Executive Director of Project Tomorrow, an organization to improve K-12 education in Southern California. Most recently Gary worked as the General Manager at Taproot Theater, and prior to that was at South Coast Repertory Theatre in Costa Mesa CA, as their Controller. Regarding human services, he serves in the following areas:
- King County Vets Levy Review Board.
- City of Shoreline Human Service Allocation Review Committee.
- NUSHA’s Policy Committee.
- Deacon of Mercy Ministries at Mars Hill Church.

Jackie Kinunen
Retired, Board member
Jackie retired as a Vice President from Bank of America after 26 years in banking. She retired from the Kent School District after seven years as Office Manager. Active in community affairs, she served as President of the DAWN board, is a partner in Women of Vision and serves in her church as organist and Stephen Ministry Leader.
