David is a Corporate Attorney for CRISTA Ministries, a Washington non-profit located in Edmonds. He is responsible for the organization’s legal affairs related to international aid and development, senior living, education and broadcasting. David is a graduate of the Seattle University School of Law and is licensed to practice in Washington State. David also serves as a Volunteer Attorney with the King County Bar Association’s Pro Bono Services Department and Street Youth Legal Advocates of Washington.

Rick is currently CEO/Founder of The Five Abilities™ LLC providing consulting on growing business revenue. Rick retired from Microsoft in November 2012, after 18 years. He held management roles in marketing, operations and sales, finishing as VP, OEM Global Device Partners. His teams managed business with Asian PC, phone and server manufacturers. Prior, Rick was at HP 11 years, American Bank Stationery three years and a musician seven years. Rick earned a BS in Business/Food Science from Oregon State University and an MBA from University of Washington, Foster.
Retired, Chief Financial Officer, Port of Seattle
Jill is retired after having served in various management roles in local government, including at the Port of Seattle and the City of Maple Valley. She has also consulted with and volunteered for several nonprofit organizations. She has served on the personnel committee for the Presbyterian Church’s Synod of Alaska Northwest and is currently volunteering in the office and on the fundraising team at Vision House. She has a Masters’ degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University.
Candace has held multiple executive sales and business development leadership positions in the technology sector, ranging from early stage, emerging growth companies to large, multinational corporations.Candace graduated from Whitman College and studied at Seattle Pacific University in the MBA program. She enjoys spending time with middle school, high school, and college-aged students, as an adult mentor, and does so through an assortment of youth outreach organizations.
Director of Operations & Supply Chain, ChemPoint
Dave has held a number of leadership positions at FedEx Logistics, APL Logistics, REI, and now ChemPoint. He earned a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. Dave has previously served on the board of directors at the Seattle Chapter of the ARC, and Friends of the Cedar River Water Shed. Dave became involved with the Vision House through volunteer efforts with his team at ChemPoint.
